Crystal is a former Mrs. Galaxy. She has an extensive, successful history as a pageant coach, contestant and titleholder. Crystal will be our guest emcee for the fashion show portion of the Event. She will also hold coaching sessions on site (by appointment) all day on Friday, January 19 and Saturday, January 20, 2024. Contact her as soon as possible to arrange for a session. She WILL sell out quickly! Don't miss your chance to meet and benefit from Crystal's expertise ... her list of winners is extensive and it grows every day. There's just "something about her" ... being in her presence is a treat in itself. If you haven't met her, you will be so glad you did! |
This Event is the
Midwest's largest pageant event of its kind! Our Event brings in
225-250 pageant enthusiasts from all over the United States for a day of
stress-free, non-competitive fun, comaraderie, access to top
photographers, pageant directors, coaches, contestants and royalty, as
well as opportunities to purchase clothing, accessories, jewelry,
cosmetics and more! All attendees receive a special gift and promotional materials. This year's theme is "Kentucky Derby" ... wear something that you would wear to attend the Kentucky Derby - especially a blinged out hat! Many attendees wear cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, pant suits, etc. All attendees will be entered into free raffle drawings for pageant themed prizes! Wear your crown and sash for amazing photo opportunities and a group photo to be published on our social media pages. You can attend on Friday with advance appointments for coaching by Crystal Cavey and/or photo shoots with our photographers. On Saturday we are open to the public to shop at Autumn's Closet and KennaBee Boutique, book a coaching session in advance with Crystal Cavey, book photo shoots in advance with DazzleShot Images and/or Matty Jacobsen (Magic Dreams Productions). Stay overnight and attend the main event (Sunday luncheon and fashion show) to socialize with your friends and take photos and enjoy the day! Often groups of friends attend on Saturday and do dinner together, have a few drinks at night, and just spend time together, then stay overnight and attend on Sunday. Or you can just attend on Sunday for the main event! KENNABEE BOUTIQUE

Autumn's Closet Featuring cocktail dresses, prom gowns, casual clothing, pageant accessories and more! All gowns in the fashion show and on Autumn's clothing racks will be for sale ... huge discounted sale prices! Autumn will also take your outfits on consignment to resell for you at the event! Contact her for details on how to consign items. Autumn is also the reigning Mrs. Galaxy and will be available for appearance photos as well! TICKETS: Your ticket includes a special gift, lunch, shopping, fashion show, and entrance into the Event. Everyone attending, including models, must purchase a ticket (there is no profit to be made from this Event - therefore, to keep cost low for everyone, the ticket purchases pay for the advertising, materials, gifts, meals, staging, and ballroom so we can hold this Event). Everyone who applies will be accepted to model. Models must purchase their ticket at the time of applying to model ... no applications will be accepted or reviewed by the vendor without payment for their ticket. ALL ATTENDEES ARE INVITED TO TAKE THE RUNWAY FOR OUR KICKOFF DERBY OUTFIT MODELING PORTION of the show at the beginning of the fashion show!! Once your ticket is purchased, there are NO REFUNDS if you are unable to attend for any reason. (We have had models be accepted in the past and then end up not paying for their ticket or attending the function and we do not want valuable model positions taken by people who are not serious about being in the show.) The Fashion Show will be coordinated by Autumn's Closet. CHILDREN'S clothing sizes are not available, so anyone in child size clothing should bring 2 outfits to model in the show (as well as shoes). Anyone in adult sizes 0 and up should bring ONE outfit to wear in the show just in case Autumn is unable to secure an outfit(s) for you to wear. She has always been able to provide clothing for the models, but just in case someone purchases something she had selected for you or doesn't happen to have your size in stock, we want you to have something to wear in the show, so bring a spare outfit. DEADLINE: The deadline to apply to model in the fashion show is January 5, 2024. Autumn's Closet will review all applications and assign their in-stock clothing to adult models based on size and availability of stock. If you apply to model and purchase your ticket before the deadline, you will be modeling in the show. ADULT MODELS are more likely to be assigned clothing from Autumn's Closet if you come on Saturday for a fitting. Fittings are nearly impossible to do on Sunday morning, and we discourage you fro coming then for fittings. SATURDAY IS PREFERRED. You will be in the show either way, but you may be asked to bring your own clothing if you are unable to attend a fitting on Friday or Saturday. CHILD MODELS SHOULD BRING 2 OUTFITS/GOWNS TO WEAR IN THE SHOW. The deadline to purchase tickets to the Event is January 5, 2024. **NOTE** Tickets may sell out before this date, so purchase early. Tickets will be held at the Event for pick up when you arrive/register. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once your tickets are purchased, we give the count to the hotel and are then obligated to pay for the meals. No refunds will be given for any reason if you are unable to attend.
