Crystal Cavey, Emcee

Crystal is a former Mrs. Galaxy and reigning Queen of Distinction with America's Total Miss.  She has an extensive, successful history as a pageant coach, contestant and titleholder.  Crystal will be our guest emcee for the fashion show portion of the Event.  She will also hold coaching sessions on site (by appointment) all day on Friday, January 23 and Sunday, January 24, 2026.  Contact her as soon as possible to arrange for a session.  She WILL sell out quickly!  Don't miss your chance to meet and benefit from Crystal's expertise ... her list of winners is extensive and it grows every day.  There's just "something about her" ... being in her presence is a treat in itself.  If you haven't met her, you will be so glad you did!

KennaBee Boutique will be a major vendor at the Event.  This is the only event that we travel to every year, so if you want to see the amazing display of thousands of earring colors and styles in person, don't miss this event!  Get your competition and appearance jewelry and accessories at our oversized booth for a winning year!  You've heard of our amazing, custom, one-of-a-kind jewelry, but WAIT TILL YOU SEE IT IN PERSON!  Come on Saturday to get the best selection before many of the pieces sell out!!  YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS IT!

This Event is the Midwest's largest pageant event of its kind!  Our Event brings in 150-200 pageant enthusiasts from all over the United States for a few days of stress-free, non-competitive fun, comaraderie, access to top photographers, pageant directors, coaches, contestants and royalty, as well as opportunities to purchase clothing, accessories, jewelry, cosmetics and more!


GIFTS/FREE RAFFLES

All attendees receive a special gift and promotional materials.  This year's theme is "Safari Soiree" ... wear a blingy animal print outfit that you would love to wear to a fancy appearance!  Many attendees wear cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, pant suits, etc.  All attendees will be entered into free raffle drawings for pageant themed prizes!  Wear your crown and sash for amazing photo opportunities and a group photo to be published on our social media pages.   Friday will feature (by appointment only) coaching sessions with Crystal Cavey and photo shoots with Matty Jacobsen/Magic Dreams Productions and Dhar and Radh Balwan with DazzleShot Images. Saturday the photo shoots and coaching will continue, and we are open to the public to shop at KennaBee Boutique.  Stay overnight and attend the main event (Sunday luncheon and fashion show) to socialize with your friends and take photos and enjoy the day!  Often groups of friends attend on Friday and/or Saturday and do the waterpark, dinner together, have a few drinks at night, and just spend time together, then stay overnight and attend on Sunday.  Or you can just attend on Sunday for the main event!

EVENT PHOTO/VIDEO PACKAGES

TICKETS

Your ticket includes a special gift, lunch, shopping, fashion show, and entrance into the Event.  Everyone attending, including models and booth vendors, must purchase a ticket - therefore, to keep cost low for everyone, the ticket purchases pay for the advertising, materials, gifts, meals, staging, and ballroom so we can hold this Event.  Everyone who applies will be allowed to model their own outfits in the fashion show.  ALL ATTENDEES ARE INVITED TO TAKE THE RUNWAY FOR OUR KICKOFF SAFARI SOIREE OUTFIT MODELING PORTION of the show at the beginning of the fashion show!!  Order tickets at the link above in the red Links section.

Once your ticket is purchased, there are NO REFUNDS if you are unable to attend for any reason. 

 

FASHION SHOW

Everyone is encouraged to be featured in the fashion show wearing your Safari Soiree animal print themed outfit!!  Pose for photos and videos by DazzleShot Images with your pageant friends, take your own selfies in front of our KennaBee grass backdrop with neon sign, browse our vendor booths including pageant items for sale as well as booths representing some of the most prestigious pageants, and enjoy a delicious plated lunch!  Then feel free to bring another 2 or 3 outfits that you feel wonderful in, or that you want to sell, to feature in the fashion show!  If you simply want to relax, feel free to enjoy the fashion show and cheer on your friends.  All fashion show performances will be videotaped and photographed and sold in reasonably priced packages by DazzleShot Images.  Tag us in your photos and we will share and feature them on our social media pages!

LUNCHEON

The luncheon that is included with your ticket purchase will be a plated sit down chicken dinner with potato, vegetable, dinner roll, salad and beverage chosen by the chef as the event gets closer and is based on availability and pricing at the time.  Children's meals for ages 0-12 are typically chicken fingers, fries, and a fruit cup.  These are general descriptions of the meals which may change slightly depending on the chef's choice at the time.

 

FREE RAFFLE PRIZES

Free raffle drawings will be held (every attendee receives 5 free raffle tickets to put into the ballot boxes of their choice) throughout the meal.  Typical prizes are free or discounted entry into pageants, pageant jewelry, blingy sunnies, free or discounted photo shoots, etc.

 

DEADLINE

The deadline to purchase tickets to the Event is January 5, 2026.  **NOTE** Tickets may sell out before this date, so purchase early.  Tickets will be held at the Event for pick up when you arrive/register.  Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Once your tickets are purchased, we give the count to the hotel and are then obligated to pay for the meals.  No refunds will be given for any reason if you are unable to attend.

There will be a block of rooms reserved at the hotel under "THE Pageant Event."  We will provide you with a link above to book your room as soon as possible.
